Companion, not a bot

Wizbert is a companion, not a bot: no unattended or autonomous play, no game-account login, no screen reading, no anti-cheat bypass. You make every input.

Wizbert is a companion, not a bot. A bot plays the game for you, in whole or in part; Wizbert keeps you company while you play it yourself. The difference is the whole point of the concept, so this page says plainly where the line sits.

No one plays for you

Wizbert never presses a key, never moves your character and never makes a game input in any form. There is no autonomous play — nothing he does on his own inside your session. There is no unattended play — no mode where the game continues while you step away. There are no automated inputs, scripted or otherwise. Every input comes from you, and that never changes.

What the companion does not touch

Three things are outside the concept entirely. Wizbert does not log into your game account; signing in to a game stays yours to do. He does not read your screen: the plan is only permitted connections — an official API, a permitted plugin or add-on, or details you choose to share — and only when that source actually exposes the context. And he never bypasses anti-cheat or any other restriction; if a game offers no permitted source of context, there is no integration for that game.

Hints and commentary are optional

Company is the job, help is the offer. The plan is voice and text commentary around your play, with hints only when you ask for them. Nothing observes your game unless you enable a connection, and the plan is to show exactly what that connection can read and what leaves your device before you turn it on. Mute would silence speech, pause observation would stop new game context, and disconnect would end the connection.

Is Wizbert cheating?

No. The concept is designed to work within each game's rules: only permitted connections, and no bypassing the rules or the tools that enforce them. That is a design commitment, not a no-ban guarantee — every proposed integration would still be reviewed against that game's rules, and rules and interfaces can change.

What about game bots?

Bots, automation and unattended play are a separate question from the companion — and a separate future product line, not part of Wizbert the companion. If that line ever exists, it stands apart: Wizbert remains company and optional help, with every input left to you. There is nothing to announce either way today; this is the concept, not a roadmap.

Where the concept stands

Wizbert is in development and there is no public build yet. Nothing on this site is software you can install today. The first real news — a build, a reviewed connection, a confirmed game — will be announced here.
